Broccoli & Grape Salad
This is a family favorite at our house. First sign of spring or BBQ season and I start to crave this salad.
You will need:
- 1 large head of Broccoli chopped (about 6 cups chopped)
- 1 large bunch of Red Seedless Grapes cut in half (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 diced red onions
Dressing
- 2/3 cup Mayo
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Wash and cut broccoli and grapes into bite sized pieces, add diced onions and sunflower seeds to a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whip dressing ingredients with whisk till smooth.
Pour over the top of salad, mix well. You can eat right away, or cover and refrigerate till ready to eat.
